 Point of View (Nikhil & Murtaza) or POV is a band which was formed a year ago. The genre that the band touches is a mix of hard, progressive and alternative rock. The band used to be called "BELIEVE" originally with its founder members being Nikhil, Johan & Kiran.
POV has been gigging in the UAE for the past 1 and half year and caters to a very loyal fanbase of more than 3000 rock enthusiasts all over the UAE. One could say POV brushes across the HARD/PROGRESSIVE/ALTERNATIVE Rock genre. Each member of the band is an accomplished musician and has been playing on the music circuit for more than 12 years. The band today, is in the process of recording more original material and has some high profile gigs lined up for the year 2007, including a tour into Turkey & Egypt.
