Chill Out Music and Venues in Dubai |
|
Chill out music venues in Dubai are the most sought out places, after a long day of hustle and bustle either in the traffic or the nine to six work. People's life in Dubai consists mainly of working hard during the day and in the evening they flocked often at chill out places, like restaurants and lounges. Until weekend hits and everyone is going to rock and roll in some night clubs with funky and hip music. Chill out venues are the perfect place to relax and meet up with friends, since you might don't have the time to talk to them during the day. Fortunately Dubai supplies the community very well with these venues. But before we will tell you where to go for your chill out nights, let's go back how chill out music came into being. Chill out (or chillout) music emerged in the early and mid 1990s, not in Dubai of course but in United Kingdom, or perhaps other part of the world had already pushed this kind of music. But mostly the producers of this kind of music is from UK. The chillout music was born almost the same time as electronic music and also chill out music, as well as the genre itself, originated in chill rooms that were set up by DJs off to the edge of club dance floors to give patrons a chance to take a break from the hectic dance vibe and chill out with this style of music. In these rooms, visitors would find couches, comfy pillows, psychedelic light shows projecting trippy images and music that was decidedly downtempo. However, some would say chillout music can be trace back to the experimental work of classical musicians like Erik Satie and Claude Debussy in early 19th century. Either way, we should be thankful since we enjoyed this kind of music more or less. |
