Did you ever study creative writing in English class? When you
started your creative writing process you initially may have thought…I
don't know what I'm going to write about, I'm suppose to just write
something without spending time thinking about what I'm writing about?
Chances are, you could have been thinking this, but before you knew it,
you captured 2+ pages of a great story or experience you had before you
even stopped writing once. You can apply this same concept when creating indie music from the comfort of your home.
1) Create music extemporaneously.
Whether
you try to compose a song on the piano, guitar, or drums etc. playing
extemporaneously can really unleash your creativity, and help you
compose music that you may not have even believed you were capable of
creating. When you create your indie music, unleash your creativity
without thinking about it. Don't think about every note or scale you're
playing, JUST PLAY to create music that is truly unique, and set your
music and talents apart from others.

1. Look for Inspiration in places you haven’t thought of before.
Some of you may be familiar with this but the importance of this piece of advice can never be overlooked! If
you are stuck in a rut and just can’t seem to think of anything new to
write music on, then I highly recommend enveloping yourself in a
completely new experience. Go outside of what you feel comfortable
with; whether that be sky diving or rollerblading and experience the
world around you!
Also, while you do this, it is always wise to “Keep the Beginner’s Mind.”
So if you are aware of and learn from everything in this new
experience, I can guarantee that you will walk away with new
inspiration.

Jesse moved to Dubai about four years ago where he studied at SAE institute. From there he has been focusing more on his music. Every few months he is inclined to fly back to Newzeland to play at all the spots where he used to jam.

Beth Gibbons' vocal has the haunting quality of Annie Lennox - Machine Gun is like a hard-edged Eurythmics. The Bristol trio have produced a harsh listen, but it nonetheless has a strange and eerie beauty. The machine gun beat delivery is unsettling and unforgiving. It it bold in its directness, and big in drama.
More film score noir than radio friendly trip-pop, but, oh, that haunting voice. Gibbons' creeps dangerously under the skin, combining with staccato industrialism and a triumphant finale.
It might well be a sinister classic. Time will tell.

Another common job that is available is that of :
Music Teaching in Elementary and Secondary Schools
Clearly, the largest number of full-time music teaching positions exists in public and private schools.
In preschools, kindergartens, elementary schools, and day-care centers, the music teacher provides guidance for activities such as singing, listening, playing instruments, moving and dancing, composing, and experimenting with music patterns.
Teachers, supervisors, or directors of music in middle, junior high,
and senior high schools provide direction for choral and instrumental
organizations, small ensembles, and musical theater productions. Music instruction in the
secondary school also includes courses in general music, theory, music
history, literature, and the related arts.
